As a new student at Blue Moon, which class would be most appropriate?
If you are just beginning to practice yoga, we recommend starting with the Warm Restorative Class on Monday/Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:15p or the Slow Mo’ Hot Vinyasa Flow on Tuesday/Thursday evenings, 6:15-7:15p.
If you’ve been practicing for a while but are recovering from an injury, the Warm Restorative on Monday/Wednesday, 6:15-7:15p is a good choice.
If you know your way around the mat pretty well and enjoy a challenge, you may want to try the Sunday 9am Hot Vinyasa Flow for 90 minutes.
If you crave Iyengar alignment in a heated room, then sign up for Hot Vinyasa Flow, Mondays at 9am, 90 minutes, and Traditional Hatha Yoga, Tuesdays at 9am, 60 minutes.
For all the early bird yogis, we have Rise and Shine Hot Vinyasa Flow, 6:30-7:30am, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. All levels.
If you are athletic, love a challenge, injury free and have no time for workouts, the Hot Interval Flow on Tuesday/Thursday at 5p for 45 minutes will do the trick. And, if you can’t get enough in 45 minutes, there’s a longer version on Saturday, 11:15-12:30p- Hot Cardio Fusion.
For a basic, all levels Hot Vinyasa Flow, consider Thursday at 9am, 60 minutes, and Friday/Saturday, 9am, 90 minutes.
We have mats you can borrow and filtered water available. Please bring a towel if you’d like to shower afterwards.
