Owner Shea Rollins is passionate about yoga. She has been practicing hot yoga since 2004 and is trained in both Basic Hot Yoga and Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa.
Blue Moon Hot Yoga currently offers Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hot Interval Flow, Warm Restorative, and Hatha yoga classes. Our variety of yoga includes heated and non-heated classes, as well as 45, 60 and 90 minute classes. These options are meant to accommodate all students, at all levels. Our Flow at Blue Moon is designed to challenge students at a pace that offers the cardiovascular benefits of yoga, while still allowing one to focus on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. This pace inspires one to gain flexibility and strength without sacrificing the integrity of the postures.
We provide a clean, cozy hot yoga studio with space for your gear, two changing stations, two showers and a practice room with a wood floor.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, one large towel (two if taking a heated class and shower afterwards) and water (no glass containers, please). Be well hydrated and have an empty stomach.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class, so you can settle in. Refrain from wearing any scents or perfumes. Wear light exercise or yoga clothing that wicks away moisture. We have a mats available to borrow if you’re traveling or if you’ve forgotten yours. Complementary filtered water available.
What if I have no experience or I have an injury?
Hot Vinyasa Flow yoga is accessible to both new and experienced students. If you have an injury or chronic condition, consult with your physician before attending class. Also, please inform us of any injuries or limitations you may have prior to taking a class. We offer modifications for postures and encourage being mindful of alignment and breath.
How hot is the practice room?
For Hot Vinyasa classes the practice room is heated to 90-99F and humidified to 50-60%. Students typically find these temperature and humidity ranges supportive.
